Hey! My name is Abigail and I am a senior at RCS in New York. I live with my father, our energetic dog, Lola, and our cat, Manny.

I have always been very involved in my school’s music department for as long as I can remember. I have been playing piano for 14 years, as well as singing in choir and playing various instruments in our band and jazz band. I’ve also taken lessons on the the oboe and piano.

In addition, I have taken both music history and music theory classes and enjoyed them both. They taught me more about the style characteristics of each musical period as well as teaching me more musical technique in compositions.

In my love for music, I have decided to start this blog on the various pieces I listen to and their connections to my life.
